Bohyeba Kwabena Afriyie quit Plan B FM after one and half years

Resignations, ‘poaching’ and dismissals are normal occurrences in the media space and they come – depending on where one stands – as no surprise, mere formality or big surprise, and popular radio presenter, Bohyeba Kwabena Afriyie just ticked one of the boxes!

The Versatile Broadcast journalist who is also the 2021 National Communications Award Nominee for the Best News Caster of the year Category has confirmed that he has resigned his position as a presenter and newscaster with the station after about 1 and half years of service.

Born Gladson Afriyie was once with Amanie FM in Accra, he later joined Freeminds Comminication Limited Plan B FM, where he hosted the late afternoon Current Affairs Show Dubbed ‘EBAANOSEN’ from 4:00 to 6 pm and News Everyday.

In an interview with foxpoolnews.com , he said ” I have learnt from great people and taken lessons from my bad experiences. This is the best time to leave and open avenues for others to grow.

“I’m indebted to all those who helped me on that journey. It’s been fun, tears but a great experience. I hope to learn more on my next chapter”, he said.
